Our Story

Listed was founded with a one goal: To make it easier for licensed real estate agents to meet the changing needs of their clients during the home buying and selling process.

Sam launched Listed as Walkthrough in the summer of 2024. The early versions of the platform were designed to document an agent's findings during home walkthroughs and share those results with their clients. Conversations with real estate industry veterans made it clear that documenting walkthroughs was just the tip of the iceberg. Licensed real estate agents have a massive need for a comprehensive listing collaboration tool designed specifically for them. From there, Listed was born.

Sam tapped the shoulder of John Houder, who is Sam's brother-in-law and an experienced visual designer, to begin transforming Walkthrough into a comprehensive and polished offering. John is always game to join Sam on his latest project, and they began developing the branding and product designs that would later become the current Listed Pro offering.

Sam and Ian have known each other for over a decade. The two were colleagues at a local SaaS company and partnered together on sales campaigns for Sam's previous projects. Ian's love for software sales and real estate made for a perfect alignment between them. Both knew where Listed was headed and that Ian could play an integral role in that journey. Soon there-after, Ian joined Sam and John as Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer where he will be leading business development and establishing partnerships with licensed real estate agents.
